Neutral Effect of Coffee Senna (Senna occidentalis (L.) Link Leguminosae) Leaf Ethanol Extract on Reproductive Parameters in Male Wistar Rats

The aim of this study is evaluate the effect ethanol extract Senna occidentalis (L.) Link Leguminosae leaf (EESO) on male parameters such as sperm count, motility, morphology and histology testes Wistar rats by employing standard procedures. (50% ethanol) was orally administered daily, at 250, 500 1000 mg/kg with distilled water control, 20 days after which were performed epididymal testes. results show that all features consistent normal treated untreated groups, count (SC), motility (SM) (MP) also comparable control. plant has been shown be devoid traditional associated agents.
